4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or unauthorized distributors
• Orders placed in violation of these Terms
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on your shipping address. We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order — we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Standard domestic shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited domestic shipping: 2–3 business days
• International shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, customized/personalized products, and digital downloads are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@framepayments.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@framepayments.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
